ProGreenPack produces PET cups using ILLIG RDM 75K thermoforming equipment together with the PH 75 automatic stacking and product-handling system. We control PET sheet thickness, heating temperature, forming pressure, mold cooling to help maintain even sidewall material distribution and stable cup geometry. These designs help ensure that the cups can maintain their original shape during liquid filling or carrying, and reduce problems such as squeezing and deformation. We lock in rim diameter, cup weight and test frequency to match the product standard you approved.
For the matching cup lid assembly, ProGreenPack will fill the cup with water, then place the cup on an inclined testing device to test whether the cup lid will leak during movement and under different inclination angles. This test helps to ensure the compatibility of the cup lids before the products are shipped, thereby preventing any leakage issues during the subsequent sales process.
