ProGreenPack offers structurally stable and stackable 20oz paper cups, supporting stable bulk supply.
The factory of ProGreenPack is located in the China-ASEAN Green Creative Printing Industrial Park in Nanning. We are committed to becoming a company that provides green, intelligent, high-tech and creative printing and packaging solutions. ProGreenPack covers the entire process from the selection of cardboard and coating, to printing, forming, and final inspection. We measure the height, top diameter, bottom diameter, and forming quality of the paper cups according to the standard samples. In addition, we will record information such as the printing files, materials used, and production settings, so as to maintain consistent cup sizes, patterns, and packaging quality in subsequent orders, to help beverage brands and packaging purchasers achieve consistency across multiple batches and different product models.
Select the right 20oz paper cup structure based on insulation, application and budget.
Suitable for high frequency usage and beverage service scenarios where procurement costs are sensitive.
Offer better insulation and a better grip experience, making it suitable for large capacity hot drinks and takeout use.
Enhance the insulation and anti slip properties, while also improving the structural sense and grip stability of the cup body.
The larger cup body provides a more natural grip area, making it more convenient for daily handling and drinking.
You can choose recyclable paperboard materials based on the cup body structure and coating scheme.
Supporting single wall, double wall and ripple wall structures, suitable for different beverages and usage requirements.
The 20oz paper cup offers a more ample printing area, allowing for the display of logos, patterns and brand information.
ProGreenPack employs automated inspection equipment to monitor the forming process of 20oz paper cups. After the cups pass through the inspection station, the camera or sensor system captures the image of the cup body, and the computer compares the actual contour with the set standards. On the screen, the bottom view contour of the side contour of the cup body can be seen. The system will compare the edge shape of the paper cup, the cup body contour, and various dimensions with the preset standards, thereby promptly detecting any forming defects. This enables you to better control the shape and size of the cup body, improve consistency, reduce the risk of lid fitting or stacking issues, and help make your batch orders and repetitive orders closer to the approved specifications.
ProGreenPack tests the edges of the 20oz paper cups under controlled temperature and sealing conditions, using appropriate sealing films. By placing them at an angle, it can be determined whether they are well sealed and do not leak. By confirming the cup rim and film compatibility in advance, you can reduce sealing failures and avoid unnecessary problems during filling and transport.
ProGreenPack possesses a variety of printing equipment of different specifications, specializing in the production of food and beverage packaging products. It is also equipped with multiple die cutting machines, paper bag machines, paper box machines and paper cup machines. It can handle orders of all sizes and provide high-quality products at the lowest cost, managed in accordance with the SO9001:2015 standard. ProGreenPack operates an 8,000 m² factory with an annual capacity of over 3 billion pieces. Customer: Beverage Chain
Market: United States
Product: 20oz Paper Cups
The customer already has a batch of cup lids and wishes to directly purchase 20oz paper cups that are compatible with the existing cup lids. If the cup opening is too large or too small, problems such as the cup lids being too tight, loose, or leaking during the carrying process will occur. After the customer provides samples of the existing cup lids, ProGreenPack measures the inner diameter and locking structure of the cup lids, and then selects the corresponding 20oz cup type for matching. After the sample production, the actual inspection of the cup opening diameter, rolled edge structure, and the tightness of the cup lid locking is conducted, as well as the opening and carrying tests. The confirmed cup type and cup lid specifications are saved in the customer’s SKU information for subsequent return orders.
Customer: Beverage Brand
Market: Canada
Product: Printed 20oz Paper Cups
The client wishes to use the same 20oz paper cup design to create multiple brand patterns, but insists that the position of the logo, the brand color and the cup size remain consistent, to prevent obvious differences between different designs. First, ProGreenPack fixed the dimensions of the 20oz paper cup, the cardboard and the coating specifications. The design team separately checks the Logo position and text safety area of each Artwork. Each design has its own independent SKU and printing file. Before production, the color and layout will be confirmed. During packaging, different box labels will be used for distinction, making it convenient for customers to identify different designs.
ProGreenPack can provide you with a complete set of support for your 20oz paper cup project, covering the entire process from design confirmation to final product delivery.

A 20oz paper cup has a capacity of approximately 591 milliliters, but the actual size of the cup varies. Different molds and different cup wall structures can result in differences in the top diameter, bottom diameter, and height of the cup. When purchasing 20oz paper cups, you should confirm the top diameter, bottom diameter, height, and edge diameter, especially when they need to be used in conjunction with existing lids or filling equipment.
Paper cups are usually classified based on their wall structure, including single wall paper cups, double wall paper cups, and ripple wall paper cups. Single wall cups are lightweight and have a lower cost, while double wall and ripple wall cups offer better insulation for hot drinks. According to the actual usage requirements, you can also choose different coatings, paper surface treatments, printing options, and cup lid combinations.
Not necessarily. The 20oz paper cup is indeed larger than the ordinary household paper cup, but it is usually used to hold large amounts of takeout coffee and other beverages. In commercial applications, the appropriate cup size depends on the menu design and the portion size of each product. If 20oz is your standard capacity, ProGreenPack can provide matching paper cup structures, coatings, and lid options.
