After we get the dates about these parameters, we will design the lids and make a leaking test for samples. We used mold control, especially the culti-cavity molds to control the dates, checking the differences of the lids, and took samples to make a leaking test about the performance tilt, inversion or compression, ensuring there was no leaking. Once the test was passed, we will make a mass production for the lids by its accurate parameters. In this way, you can get a fit lid which is not too loose or too tight.

It depends on the paper material, inner layer coating and the local waste disposal facilities. traditional PE coating only could be recycled when local disposal facilities have the paper-plastic separation capability.
