ProGreenPack has obtained ISO9001 and SGS certifications and operates in accordance with its quality management system. We operate 8 workshops and are equipped with over 50 cup-making machines. For insulated paper cups, we offer double wall, ripple wall, triple wall structures, 8-color flexographic printing, food-grade laminating (PE/PLA/water-based coatings are available), and matching cup lids, all completed through one-stop OEM/ODM from material selection to export documents. Each order is customized based on your cup type structure, diameter, and brand logo.
There are various wall structures available to choose from, to match your product design and usage requirements.
It is composed of an inner cup and a flat outer wall. A certain insulation space is formed between the two layers. The outer surface is relatively smooth and suitable for printing logos, patterns and brands.
The ripple structure creates more air gaps, and its features include a strong anti-heat effect and a prominent hand-holding friction sensation.
Strengthening the bottom structure of the cup helps the paper cup maintain its shape after being filled with hot beverages, reducing the problems of the bottom softening, collapsing or deforming.
The size of the cup rolled rim is controlled to help maintain the shape of the cup, while improving drinking comfort and stability of the cup lid.
Controlling the sealing effect of the side seams and the bottom of the cup, the risk of leakage during the use of paper cups for hot drinks and takeout can be reduced.
Selecting the appropriate cup paper and controlling the molding effect, the cup body maintains a certain degree of rigidity after being filled with hot drinks, reducing the possibility of being squeezed or deformed when held.
Each production batch begins with pre-production sample verification to confirm the approved outer-wall alignment and bonding standard. During forming, the bonding process is monitored through inline checks, while technicians carry out scheduled sampling and product inspections, preventing issues such as peeling, displacement, edge protrusion or uneven surfaces. During the mass production process, visual inspections will also be conducted on the finished products to ensure their neat appearance and stable structure.
During the order confirmation stage, ProGreenPack checks the diameter and lid shape of 90/95/98mm insulation paper cups according to the internal specification sheet. Due to different diameters, the molds may not be compatible. Before mass production, the lid fitting is verified first, and the corresponding compatible cup lids are tested to form a tight leak-proof seal. The finished products will not have the problem of mixed cup lids during shipment.

We prepared separate full-wrap artwork templates for each cup size , confirmed brand colors with samples, and tested cup dimensions with matching lids before mass production.

This distributor previously purchased 8/12/16/20oz cups from three different suppliers, and the three printing effects were not consistent. Yes, ProGreenPack provides double wall and ripple wall insulated paper cups lined with PLA plant-based coating or water-based coating. These options are made from renewable resources, such as corn starch and are certified industrially compostable for selected specifications. Food-grade and BPA-free, please confirm availability per your destination market and cup size.
Double wall insulated paper cups with PET lids are not recommended for microwave use, the PET lid can warp. For reheating, we suggest transferring the drink to a microwave-safe container. If your market requires microwave-safe claims, specify this at order confirmation so we can advise on material options per specification.
ProGreenPack produces double wall and ripple wall cups across 8 specialized dust-free workshops. Food-grade paper is fed into high-speed cup machines, inner walls are lined with PE / PLA or water-based coating, outer walls are printed in up to 8 flexo colors with Pantone matching, then the two walls are bonded with an air-pocket gap between them. Every cup passes 100 percent visual and function inspection before shipment.
