ProGreenPack PP ice cream tubs are produced by injection molding as a one-piece structure, without the side seams or separate bottom joints commonly found in paper ice cream tubs. Our molded PP tubs do not absorb moisture or become soft when exposed to melted ice cream, condensation, or long-term cold conditions. Their moisture resistance comes mainly from the PP material itself rather than an added barrier coating. Our PP tubs with molded lid-locking structures to provide a more secure fit for frozen dessert packaging.

The weight of 1 litre of ice cream is not fixed. It depends on the recipe, density, air content, and ingredients. Ice cream contains incorporated air during production, so 1L of one product may weigh much less than 1L of another. You should confirm both the volume capacity and target filling weight when selecting packaging.
One litre equals 1,000 ml, or about 33.8 US fl oz. The actual dimensions of a 1L ice cream tub vary depending on its shape and design. Round, square, and rectangular tubs can all provide approximately 1L capacity, so you should also confirm the top size, bottom size, and height before ordering.
