ProGreenPack supplies clear cup lids for cold beverage and foodservice packaging, with multiple lid styles and rim sizes for reliable cup compatibility and bulk sourcing.
ProGreenPack supplies clear cup lids for beverage brands, foodservice distributors, cafés and packaging importers. Flat, dome, straw-opening and sip-lid options are available for different cold-drink and dessert applications, with multiple rim sizes to match common cup systems. Instead of selecting a lid only by cup capacity, you can confirm the rim size, lid structure and actual fit before bulk ordering. Matching PET cups are also available, helping reduce compatibility issues when cups and lids are sourced together. Product inspection, bulk packing support and export experience further simplify repeat purchasing and long-term supply.
Different clear cup lid structures solve different serving problems. Select the right clear cup lid according to your drink, topping height, straw requirement and takeaway method.
Flat or low-profile lids with a pre-formed straw opening for iced coffee, tea, juice and other cold drinks.
Raised headspace effectively protects whipped cream, foam, fruit and toppings above the cup rim.
Built-in drinking openings and attached stoppers support convenient sipping and takeaway.
Built-in drinking openings support iced coffee and takeaway beverages served without separate straws.
Closed clear lids suit desserts, fruit cups, parfaits and other products requiring additional top protection.
Larger openings provide easier access for drinking straws, spoons, boba, jelly and fruit pieces.
ProGreenPack clear cup lids are designed for reliable cup matching, clear product presentation and practical daily handling. Consistent forming, clean trimming and multiple lid structures help support stable performance across cold beverage, dessert and takeaway applications.
Secure rim sealing helps reduce liquid leakage during drinking, carrying and everyday use.
A well-formed locking rim helps the lid stay firmly attached during handling.
Clear PET keeps beverage colors, fruit and toppings easily visible.
Clean trimming helps prevent rough edges and interference during lid fitting.
Precisely formed openings support smoother straw insertion and more comfortable drinking.
Balanced material strength helps reduce cracking or deformation during normal handling.
Nested lid profiles keep bulk quantities compact and neatly organized.
Designed for faster one-by-one lid removal during busy service.
ProGreenPack helps you match the right clear cup lid to your existing cup system before bulk ordering. We check the rim diameter, rim profile, locking structure and cup sample instead of relying on capacity alone. This helps reduce common problems such as loose lids, difficult closing and lid pop-off, while making cup-and-lid selection more reliable for repeat orders.
ProGreenPack supplies both PET cups and matching clear cup lids, allowing the cup rim and lid locking structure to be checked as one packaging system. This reduces the compatibility risk that can occur when cups and lids are sourced separately—even when both are labeled with the same nominal rim size. By confirming the matching cup code and lid combination before ordering, you can reduce fit errors, simplify SKU management and make repeat purchasing more consistent.
ProGreenPack focuses on material clarity, forming consistency and finished-lid quality when producing clear cup lids. Food-contact-grade PET provides high transparency and a crisp, rigid structure, while PP options offer good toughness for different beverage applications. During production, we control forming, trimming and key contact areas to reduce common problems such as haze, stress whitening, rough edges, cracking and deformation. Material checks and finished-product inspection help maintain a clean appearance and stable lid performance across bulk orders.
One distributor was carrying several cup sizes, but the lid range had become too complicated. Some cups used different references even though the rim systems were similar. We helped reorganize the matching relationships and grouped compatible cups under the same clear cup lid family where possible. With clearer product codes and packing information, the customer could keep fewer lid SKUs and make repeat ordering much easier.
For a beverage chain, the issue was not the appearance of the lid—it was how the lid behaved during busy service. Some lids felt too tight, while others separated poorly from the stack. We focused on the actual cup fit, rim engagement and lid separation during sample checking. After the combination was confirmed, store staff had a more consistent lid to work with during daily takeaway service.
A beverage brand needed clear lids for drinks using jumbo straws, boba, fruit pieces and whipped toppings. Standard openings were too small, while low-profile lids did not provide enough headspace. ProGreenPack matched different opening styles and dome structures to the drink format, allowing easier straw access while keeping toppings below the lid surface. The final lid setup improved takeaway presentation and made the packaging more practical for daily service.

Existing Cup Matching
Provide the cup code, rim measurements, technical drawing or physical sample. The lid should be selected and physically checked against the cup before a large-volume order.
Practical feedback from packaging buyers about cup matching, lid handling, bulk supply and everyday beverage service.
Start with the cup’s rim diameter, not only its capacity. Record the top rim measurement and, ideally, the cup model or technical drawing. If the cup comes from another supplier, send a physical sample for fit checking. Two cups described as 16oz can have different rim diameters, while several 12–24oz cups can sometimes share one rim family. Confirm actual fit before placing a large order.
Do not assume so. “98mm” usually identifies a nominal rim family, but the bead profile, rim thickness and locking geometry can still differ between cup systems. Ask the lid supplier to confirm the exact matching cup or test your physical cup. If you source cups and lids separately, keep an approved cup-and-lid sample as the purchasing reference instead of relying only on the number “98mm.”
Choose a flat lid when your drink does not need extra space above the rim and you want a lower-profile package for storage and takeaway. Choose a dome lid when whipped cream, foam, fruit or other toppings extend above the cup rim. Dome lids protect presentation but occupy more vertical space, so compare carton dimensions and storage requirements as well as appearance before purchasing.
Do not choose only by the resin name. PET is widely used for high-clarity cold-cup lids, while PP is used in many closure applications and can support different temperature and structural requirements depending on the resin grade and molding process. Start with your beverage temperature, desired transparency, cup material and required lid geometry, then verify the finished lid’s tested operating conditions. Never infer final-use temperature from generic resin data alone.
Yes, if those cups were designed around the same confirmed rim system. This is common in foodservice packaging: commercial 98mm lid systems, for example, can cover several 12–24oz cup capacities. The advantage is operational rather than cosmetic—you can reduce the number of lid SKUs, simplify picking and lower the chance of staff choosing the wrong lid. Always confirm the specific cup series first.
Sometimes, but material alone does not determine compatibility. The cup rim geometry is more important. Commercial lid catalogs exist where one PET lid is listed for both PET and PP cup models, showing that cross-material compatibility is possible when the rim system is designed accordingly. Do not treat this as universal compatibility; request a confirmed cup code or physical fit test for your specific paper, PP or PET cup.
